3. The fostest prevention of spreading the fire can be achieved if the action plan in case of the fire is formulated much earlier. The plan for the forests should be formulated differently than for the other grounds.

5. THE WAY OF ACTION IN CASE OF FOREST FIRE
All the owners of the forest who own the area of more than 100 ha must have such a document . it should consist of information such as :
General information about woodland : the owners addresses , an area, belonging to, sector of the economy
Fire profile of this woodland for example category of fire risk, location of inhabited areas and places which are very susceptible to fire
Organizational – technical databases of firefighting protection elements useful in system detection and alarming for example places of water reaping or the addresses of fire fighter towers
The address list of state administration
Cartographic documents

6. The forest rescue plan in special use

7. Most often it is applied to military traverse because it provides safety for people who extinguish a fire for those areas. That is why in Poland there are used three diffent colours of signs which show a degree of danger:

In this area it is complately forbidden to use standard methods of rescue and firefighting operation.

9. YELLOW
In this area it can be possible to carry out the rescue and firefighting action using standard methods only under the owner supervision and on his responsibility.

10. GREEN
In this area it is allowed to use standard rescue and firefighting methods because there is no danger to lifeguards as opposed to the other colours.

11. Summary
All the above information make the rescue plan which after modification allows the rescue and firefighting services to carry out the safest operations aimed at extinguishing fire or stopping the spread of it in special areas.
