2. Amelia’s Childhood Amelia Mary Earhart was born in
Atchison, Kansas on July 24,1898
Amelia was a sickly child who later on had several dangerous childhood diseases
Amelia family was made up of four people. Her mom and dad, Amy and Edwin Earhart, and the two girls Amelia and her younger sister Muriel Earhart.

3. Amelia’s Middle Life
When Amelia was a teen her family split up because Edwin was an alcoholic. Edwin moved to Kansas City, Amy, Amelia, and Muriel moved to Chicago.
Amelia took a plane ride when she was 23.After one look around the world in the air,she knew, that flying a plane in the air would be her greatest love.

4. Amelia’s Adulthood
Amelia got married to George Putman
There were both celebrities
She went on her around the world flight with her husband navigator Fred Noonan also went with a mechanic Bo McKneely.
