Family Networks Web Activity Delivery
Network Provider Staff use Activity Delivery to record whether or not the Activities identified by a client’s Treatment Plan occurred. All the Activities from the Treatment Plan are presented and the user records the Delivery Date, whether or not the activity happened, the Missed Reason (if applicable) and whether or not the Activity was funded by DSS.

Activity Delivery Navigation Navigation Pane Click the “Children & Families” tab. Use the dropdown to select the “Delivery Site”. Select the appropriate child from the Navigation Pane. Click the “Delivery” tab. The Delivery tab will be populated with the “Activity Details” that were referenced in the “Treatment Plan”

Enter Delivery Details
Activity Delivery Enter Delivery Details Click “Open” to enter “Delivery Details” for a specific “Activity”. You will see previously completed entries. Click “Add New” to complete a new entry. You can move from one “Activity” to another from the Navigation Pane When adding new “Delivery Details” Enter the “Delivery Date” using the calendar icon. Complete the “Missed Indicator” and the “Missed Reason” if applicable. Is this a “DSS Funded” activity? Clear the checkbox if it is not. Click “Save”
