MUSCULAR ENDURANCE Ability of the muscle or muscle group to exert force to overcome a resistance many times Ability of the muscle to continue to perform without fatigue Less resistance, more reps

MUSCLULAR ENDURANCE EXAMPLES:
100 squats with no added weight triathletes, distance runners, rowers, skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, jump roping, swimming, cycling, circuit training
