Mike Robbins stresses compassion, authenticity, and appreciation in leadership and in teams. “Be Yourself Because Everyone is Taken” Once again, you can’t get to courage without going through vulnerability. Vulnerability is the birthplace of change and innovation. Vulnerability is not weakness, but discomfort. Successful organizations have a two things: Healthy Expectations High Nurturance – Being heard, seen, and valued. A compassionate environment allows you to be yourself. With compassion, you are allowed to step into discomfort. Nothing changes until you do. Do you practice it?
