2 Promotion Criteria Academic Expectations Must pass 9 of 12 classes
Must not get more than 3 F’s All students 45 credits by passing 9 of 12 classes with a letter of A, B, C or D. Respect Responsibility Safety

3 8th Grade Activities Wednesday, March 21st Thursday, May 24th
Panoramic Picture 8th Grade Awards Night Ice Cream Social / Yearbook Signing 8th Grade Dance Knott’s Field Trip Promotion Wednesday, March 21st Thursday, May 24th Tuesday, May 29th Friday, May 18th Wednesday, May 30th Thursday, May 31st Panoramic Picture Day during 1st period. All students report to their 1st Period like a normal day. Their 1st period teacher will take the class to the Blacktop for pictures. All pictures will be done before 1st period is over. 4 8th Grade Activities All 8th grade students must meet promotion criteria and earn 10 credits in core classes (Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Science) by passing 2 of 4 core classes with a letter grade of A, B, C or D in the second semester.

7 Knott’s Berry Farm Ticket / Bus Pass = $43.00
If you have a season pass, the bus will cost $12.00 All students going to Knott’s MUST ride the bus from Lathrop to and from the park. DRESS CODE: No spaghetti straps, tank tops, muscle shirts, short- shorts. Shirt logos must be appropriate and not gang related. Hats are okay, but may NOT have any logos. Comfortable shoes recommended. Respect Responsibility Safety
