PROPRIETORSHIP (Sole Trade Organisation)

2. PARTNERSHIP (Definition)
An association of two or more persons who have agreed to share the profits of a business which they run together. This business may be carried on by all or any one of them acting for all. The persons are called partners, and in most cases their initials form the name of the firm. 12/7/2018
