Each workgroup will develop its own plan based on the three broad goals
A template for work plans has been created
Asset Builders workgroup membership needs to be “refreshed”

3. CI Workgroup
Coordinating and Planning workgroup will morph into CI workgroup
Membership in this group will include: Co-chairs, coordinator, workgroup chairs, other interested members
Meetings will occur every two months
This group will be responsible for CI planning and coordination
The workgroup will report to Lead Table

4. Common Measurement
Health Unit will lead training on results based accountability
Support for workgroups on measurement and evaluation
Workgroups to include outcomes on work plans
