OCLC Borrowing ISO messages from OCLC can take up to 2 hours to be received/loaded into Relais ISSN searches must have a dash (eg ) No deep linking to library catalogues or polices in Relais After submitting an OCLC request an error will be returned in Review Alerts when the OCLC request number is loaded into Relais If the request moves to a subsequent lender an error will appear in Review Alerts Routing of request to subsequent suppliers in the lending string is managed in OCLC, not Relais (unlike LADD) 26 | OCLC/Relais Integration
27
OCLC Borrowing Answering No to a conditional reply will cancel the request in OCLC, but not in Relais. Need to re-create a lending string Borrowing can be tracked in OCLC, and interrupted/actioned if needed OCLC does not load Relais request numbers ALWAYS use Direct to Lender OCLC (bib) number does not always transfer to the Relais OCLC Request screen (known v2009 bug) Copyright statement is recorded in Notes section of OCLC request, not OCLC Copyright field 27 | OCLC/Relais Integration

Delivery/reply fields are blank 35 | OCLC/Relais Integration
