Figure 1 Serum samples and positive and negative controls were run in 1 : 25 to 1 : 800 dilutions. A brown color similar to that of the positive control in a dilution ≤ 1 : 100 were considered positive. Patients 1, 2 and 3 were positive for IgG and patient 1 was positive for IgM.
