CuCsMgr, CuMixer, CuNotifier, CuMTA Optional Services: Services that can run on one or more servers in the cluster Can be activated/deactivated/started/stopped through the serviceability pages E.g. CPCA, IMAP, SMTP, Digital networking and VUI services

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Using the admin console, check the status of the services as shown below: utils service list Can also get service status through the serviceability pages Check Server Role Manager (SRM) logs for service issues. /var/opt/cisco/connection/log/diag_CuSrm_*.uc Use logs to check if role activation has been successful. For servm details, look into /var/log/active/platform/log/servm*.log files
