1 My Chromebook says it's connected to RISDStudent, but I can't get any web pages to pull up.

2 Click your Control Center in the bottom right.

3 2. Select “Settings”

4 3. Check “Allow Proxies for Shared Networks” by clicking in the box
3. Check “Allow Proxies for Shared Networks” by clicking in the box. You should see a ☑ in the box.

5 5. Close out of all your Chrome windows & re-open your browser to see if you’ve solved the problem.

6 Didn’t work? Perform a HARD RESET
Press REFRESH + POWER button OR Hold the power button for at least 10 seconds See if your issue is fixed!

7 Still having trouble? Go back to the Chromebook Help Center Website
(rnjhchromebook.weebly.com) Click “Repair” Fill out the Google Form at the bottom of the page to submit your Chromebook for repair.
