2. Romanian Role in WWI we did not cause this conflict
we joined Allies in late 1916
Immediately taken over by Bulgaria and Austria-Hungary

3. Who Should Be Blamed? Austria-Hungary
Should not have overreacted by declaring war on Serbia for the action of one deranged citizen
If Austria-Hungary hadn’t called in Germany to help her out, then the war wouldn’t have expanded

4. Our Position re: Austria-Hungary
Destroy it and create new nations based on ethnic groups
Each ethnic group should have its own nation

5. Our Position re: Russia
Russia should get its lands back
They surrendered to the Central Powers who have now lost

6. Who Should Pay?
We suffered greatly in this war. Bulgaria should pay us for our damages because they ruthlessly attacked us out of opportunism.
Austria-Hungary will suffer enough by being destroyed. They do not need to pay for the war.
Germany caused the most destruction and should pay Russia, Italy, France, England, and the United States for all their damages.
