1. Provide the candidate information <Form1> 2. Initiate mail application,when Huanglirong approval,then transfer the approval with ,<Form1> and <offer> to HR(Lakshmi) 3.Inform business group the and employee id Onboarding date HR (Lskshmi) 1、On the onboarding date, handle entry process for the new employee to sign the Offer ,labor contract <Form4> and personal information form<Form 2>. 2、Send the approval ,<Form 2>,the scan of offer and employee personal id card to HQ HR (Sherry guo&lily) for and employee ID. 3.Transfer the and employee ID to business assistant(Rani) 4.Refresh employee information<Form3> Receive files HQ HR (Sherry guo&lily) 1、Entry employee information in EM system. 2、Set up and feedback and employee ID to Local HR(Lakshmi)
