As there are no tasks accompanying student evidence, please complete and submit NZQA standard-specific:
Assessed Work cover sheets for each learner’s evidence, for each standard.
Observation Sheets for Unit Standard

3. Assessed Work cover sheet
An Assessed Work cover sheet is a formal attestation to aspects of the standard and gives specific prompts to the assessor regarding the quality and quantity requirements of the evidence.
