Quality is the most important factor of competition worldwide. This is applied to all services or products any institutions introduce to client or customers including the educational institutions. And one definition of quality and actually one beauty of quality is its ability to transfer the customers’ requirements into satisfaction regarding these services or products. Lecturing is our main business in the educational institutions and to have high quality of lectures we used to use the standards introduced by the quality assurance and accreditation bodies either national or international and usually these standards are reflecting our own perspective regarding effective lecture. We need to go to the other side to the customer side to our students side to collect their prespection to be able to design through the proper operational requirements the lecture that satisfy them
