Event History As a sponsor, it is important to review the history of your special event or any similar one that has taken place on campus. Special events or sponsoring organizations with a history of disrupting the normal operations of the University may be required to have higher planning & preparation levels. Use what you learned from prior activities to enable you to have a efficient & smooth running special event.
