Indicate your plans for after high school.
DO NOT pick “Prep school,” “Take a year off,” “I’m not sure,” or “Other,” without first talking with your counselor!

3. Step 2
You will see the colleges you requested a transcript for; select the appropriate option for each college under the “Final Decision” dropdown.
You should also add any other college not in your list (i.e., self report)

4. Step 3
Pick the college you have committed to, and write in your intended major.
Note: the college you select is where we will send your final transcript.
