3 Who can go? Scouts from 47 th, 32 nd, Rugby –Aged 11 – 14 ½ (as at 22/7/14) –Minimum 6 nights SCOUT camping –May be in Cubs till Jan 2014

11 Programme Tue 22 –Depart Doncaster 10.00am –Arrive Harwich 16.00pm –Overnight stay in local Scout HQ Wed 23 –Early (9am) Ferry departs for Holland –Ferry Arrives at 4pm –Drive to camp site, arrive 6pm

12 Programme Thurs 24 – Fri 25 –Duinrell holiday park –Theme park –Swimming pool/slides etc –Entertainment (ghost walks etc) –Camping on the youth field Sat 26 –Drive to Zeeland

13 Programme Sat 26 th – Thurs 31st –Scout Centre Zeeland –Cycle hire, beach, visits, sailing Possible extra day if we return on Sunday

14 Programme (return date tbc) Friday 1 st –Drive to Ferry Port –Ferry departs 6.00pm (overnight to Hull) Saturday 2 nd –Arrive Hull 9.00am –Arrive Doncaster 11am NOTE – assumes a return date of 2 nd Aug. This could be 3 rd August - TO BE CONFIRMED

17 Costs £450 ish per person (inc adults) Variables –Exchange rate –Fuel costs –Ferry costs (Tesco vouchers?) We hope to reduce the cost to £250 for those who FULLY participate in fundraising

21 Fundraising We will keep records of who supports each event. No support = no credit 100% support = 100% allocation of funds No guarantee we will hit target of £250 You can just pay the full £450 But fundraising is an important team function
