There are many reasons: Planning enables you to achieve efficiency and accuracy by coordinating efforts and managing time effectively.

Knowing where you are Knowing where you want to be Figure out how to get there Getting “there” The road map view is extremely helpful to visualize what needs to be prioritized year-by-year to achieve your vision

Planning Ahead How can you use planning to help your club and your community? Does your plan follow the tenets of Rotary? What is the one thing you can do this month to help your club plan ahead? Planning helps you to make a bigger difference in your community; makes your club stronger Follow tenets of Rotary – Don’t sponsor a baby seal hunt! Take a moment to think of one thing you can do this month to help your club plan ahead? Quiet, personal reflection. Depending on the tine available, ask participants to share.
