This is a committee which has no specific guidance given to the coordinator
The activity is linked to the IEEE strategic planning direction and also to the regional diversity and aspiration
The strategic planning could be both long term say 2030 or short term
The group is also expected to promote strategic inputs to the director on issues and when they arise

Could take up soft issues or could deliberate and provide inputs on hard issues
The openness of the job of the committee may lead to non specific mentioned tasks and timelines and processes and also leave the committee / group vulnerable to positive / negative assessments

Financial self sustainability and or sustainability
Multinational or international form of IEEE Organization
Relationship pf volunteer / business activities
New engagement models of IEEE members

Interactivity and inter organization collaboration and coordination

Continue to provide strategic support on issues to the Director
Keep eyes, ear , mind open , keep on doing our best, react to the developing situation
Specifically develop strategic paper on Leadership / Volunteer mentoring and training
Membership engagements
Implementation will have to happen through the respective committees
