Individual and overall rating of the OECD-DAC criteria: Relevance: – very successful Effectiveness: 13 points - successful Impact: points - successful Efficiency: points - very successful Sustainability: 10 points - somewhat successful Overall, the technical cooperation measure is rated very successful with a total of 13 out of 16 points.

Main findings / feedback
Added value of network: exchange, learning, information sharing, networking, visibility Services rated as beneficial: Annual meeting, knowledge and communication products (newsletter, website, updates) Satisfaction with Secretariat: efficient, well organised, friendly and service oriented, but needs more staff Secretariat is seen as neutral (no influencing of GIZ/BMZ)
