Services rated as beneficial: Annual meeting, knowledge and communication products (newsletter, website, updates)
Satisfaction with Secretariat: efficient, well organised, friendly and service oriented, but needs more staff
Secretariat is seen as neutral (no influencing of GIZ/BMZ)
