Delivering the information
The institutional website is a great place to start however not all have access to the internet and so… Schools must be able to provide the materials upon request in writing. All materials require annual sharing Many Student Information details have a publish deadline of September 1 Some student Information details require immediate notification blasts Delivering the information 5/8/2018

Purpose of student consumer information

Consequences of non-compliance
Institutional auditors and Department of Education reviews look for consumer information first on the schools website, in student and employee handbooks If Consumer Information is not readily discovered red flags are issues Should the school be asked to provide the information to auditors, the expectation of providing the information is immediate If the school is not able to share immediately, the threat of loosing all Federal Title IV funding is immediate Most schools today are not able to meet their financial obligations without collecting tuition revenue Consequences of non-compliance 5/8/2018
