Appeals to people already “on board” with D&I as well as people who are new to the field.
Will make participants feel valued and empowered.
Can be shared online internally and externally.
People who may hesitate to interact personally or attend meetings can view at their leisure

Goals:
Short term (2-3 months): Identify potential candidates, flesh out concept
Medium term (4-6 months): Conduct first interviews, create prototype story video or article
Long term (8 months-1 year): Create additional content, share completed stories with Duke SOM
