2 Purpose 1.Provide preliminary unit costs for potential improvements. 2.Provide preliminary magnitude of costs for specific improvement options provided to TPD by RTSD. 3.Provide professional opinion and considerations regarding improvement options.

3 Preliminary Magnitude of Costs* Expand Existing Parking Lots –Approximately $2,000 per surface lot space Expand Existing Internal Roadways to provide on-street parking –Approximately $2,500 per parallel space Build Structured Parking –Approximately $20,000 per space Installation of a traffic signal –$225-$275k per signal *All costs do not include engineering, permitting, utilities, ROW, etc.

4 Preliminary Magnitude of Costs Specific Improvement Options 1.Widen the internal roadway in the area of the existing drop-off area to King of Prussia Road. 2.Construct a loop parking area southwest of the turf fields, with a new access to Radnor Chester Road and Route 30. 3.Widen the internal roadway from King of Prussia Road to tennis courts to provide a parent loop area. 4.Construct a loop roadway from Radnor Chester Road between the two turf fields, exiting onto Raider Road.

5 Widen the internal roadway in the area of the existing drop-off area to King of Prussia Rd Approximately $100-150k*

6 Construct a parking area southwest of the turf fields, with new access to Radnor Chester Rd & Rt 30 Approximately $600-800k*

7 Widen the internal roadway to provide a parent loop area Approximately $400-650k*

8 Construct a loop roadway from Radnor Chester Rd between the turf fields and onto Raider Rd Approximately $450-600k*

9 Professional Opinion & Considerations of RTSD Suggestions 1.Expand Existing Surface Parking Lots; 2.Expand Existing Internal Site Roadways; 3.Build Structured Parking; 4.Utilize Lunch Bus as an alternative to students leaving Campus; 5.One-Way Traffic between King of Prussia Rd & Radnor Chester Rd; 6.Traffic Signalization; 7.Alter Grade Level Arrival times; 8.Shuttle Students from Municipal Lot located along Matson Ford Rd; 9.Park Bus Drivers at the Municipal Lot & shuttle to the Transportation Facility.
