3 SIRS LEVELS Level 1: Once the data is error free in Level 0, districts can submit data from Level 0 to Level 1. Data that is loaded up to Level 1 by Thursday at 2:30PM, will be refreshed in Level 2 on Monday mornings. Level 2: A single, statewide data warehouse, where student data from Level 1 are combined. User accounts for Level 2 are managed through SEDDAS. html. SEDDAS Helpdesk Once Level 0 is error free, you can move the data up to Level 1. Level 1 is still housed here at Nassau BOCES. The data in level 1 is used for different purposes, one of which, for an example, is to print scannable answer sheets. Level 2 is the statewide database, which is a combination of all of the STATE-REQUIRED student information collected from all of the RICs around NYS. It is housed up at the state level.
