2 Planning Since planning is just as important as lab participation…. Today you will be finishing your planning for cooking methods. We will NOT be doing the lab, you will be graded on your plan and your rail just as you would otherwise. You will be given grades for these activities

3 Lab Plan…. Turn in …… Highlighted Recipe including ingredients (Cook)
Market Order (Assistant cook) Mis En Plase (Manager) Time plan (Server) Flow chart your tasks (All) Each group member should have a part in the recipe. Assignment R.A.I.L : complete all except product evaluation “cook” is not acceptable as a term on the rail
