19 How to Order Using State Contracts?
State Agencies use Delegation Purchase Order, Standard Form 65 Local Agencies use Std 65 or your local agency purchasing document. All ordering agencies must provide copy of order to DGS Procurement Division with a valid DGS billing code. State Administrative Fee – 1.98% not to exceed $7,500. DGS invoices agency upon receipt of copy. Refer to online contract for instructions and addresses.
