May be granted extensions for dependents of TSM who are involuntarily separating from active duty if; Subject to Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) overseas, and Each child has completed the 11th grade by TSM date of separation Criteria outlined in Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 1141
