At this point, screenshots can’t be provide any further, as a keycode needs to be entered to proceed to the next screen. The assumption is once you enter a keycode, you will be asked to “Enter Your Personal Information. Once you enter your personal information, it is assumed your account is created. Please proceed to next slide for contact information should you encounter any issues.
