Bus Status Report

Use this procedure to run a report showing the statuses of the buses in your fleet.
From the SAP R/3 System Easy Access screen or from your favorites, enter or select transaction code IE36.
Click or press Enter. The Display Vehicles: Vehicle Selection displays.
Click on the Variant icon
Find and Select the DPI_TD10 Variant (Remember to remove your SAP ID from the Created By Box)
Enter your Maintenance Plant number and any other fields you wish to narrow the search by. Your options are: Inventory number, Acquisition Date, Construction Year, and Status Included (Vehicle Status you wish to see)
Click Execute
A Display Vehicles: Vehicle List screen displays showing the columns:
- Vehicle Status
- Construction Year
- Inventory Number
- Description of technical object
For more detailed information about an individual bus double click on the vehicle description.
To export to Microsoft Excel, Click the Spreadsheet icon.
On Excel: number of key columns, accept default.
On Export list object to XXL screen, select Table. On next screen, accept default. Data exports to Microsoft Excel. Save it to your hard drive.

OPTIONAL DATA: To include equipment classification data on this report, proceed with the following steps after setting up the layout (after step 8 at right)
Click the SELECT ALL icon (top left of the grid)
Follow Menu Path Settings -> Show/Hide Classifications
Click SELECT ALL icon on the pop-up window
Click Execute
