Tenancy and Estate Management Service Outcome 11 - Social landlords ensure that: Tenants get the information they need on how to obtain support to remain in their home; and ensure suitable support is available, including services provided directly by the landlord and by other organisations. 1

7 Intensive Tenancy Management
Tenants outwith risk groups may require frequent visits for a variety of reasons, eg condition of tenancy. Some tenants may fall within a risk group, but don’t need visits. Officer knowledge and judgement is key, staff training Avoid aiming for the targets and missing the point
