Many prosthetics currently worn either do not look like real limbs, and those that do simply look like a fake plastic facsimile. While function is preferred over appearance, an ugly part of the body can lower self esteem.

Futuristic movies and television depict beautiful and functional prosthetics.
Once performance is mastered, beauty should be the next step; this is considered cosmesis.

Immaculate This design is entirely centered on visual appeal.
The joints are made in a way to give more mobility than a regular human arm. This design is still in the Prototype phase.
