Brenner Keith Alexander Commander of USCYBERCOM admitted that U.S classified networks have been infiltrated Both President Clinton and G.W. Bush warned about these vulnerabilities. Lawsuits against software companies are pointless because all software has holes in their security this is from the complexity of the software.

Summary Continued To make laws or improve them would be pointless it would improve cyber security but not fix everything

Paper Opinion We are surprised at the fact that even with all this technology we have now there have been few changes to cyber security of systems in the last 20 years The paper makes a good point when it says that the security of programs is never perfect because they are so complex

Relation to our topic Due to the imperfections in programs and network security it makes it easier for someone to spread a worm or virus

Questions What presidents warned about the cyber insecurities?
Are programs perfect or network security? Have the government networks been hacked?
