It is often (and by that I mean ALL THE TIME!!) a good idea to use “scientific” words when answering questions in class and in lab
What do we mean by “scientific” words??

USE SCIENTIFIC WORDS!!
Don’t say “it’s bigger”….say “It has increased in size”
Don’t say “it shrank” or “it’s smaller now”…say “It has decreased in size”
Don’t say “It got more hot, yo”…say “The temperature has increased”
Don’t say “It’s mad colder”….say “The temperature has decreased because the molecules within the substance have decreased their movement substantially…”
OK…maybe not…but try your best this year!

10. Inferences Conclusions or deductions based on observations .
The process of drawing a conclusion from given evidence
