IEEE brand has long had potential in Education, but we have not yet fully realized our potential Key components of realizing our potential: PRIORITIZED Strategic and Tactical plan (e.g. over 5 years) - Driven by consistently updated market intelligence - Generating revenues to fund growth and public imperatives Improved partnering: internal to IEEE, and externally Clear plan for how EA fits into the IEEE Public Imperative strategy Significant improvements to quality and operations Significant improvements to user interfaces and marketing efforts Creating rewarding experiences for EA volunteers 12/8/2018

12/8/2018 MoSCoW : M = MUST have What activities MUST we undertake in order to meet our objective? The bar for a “MUST”: If we don’t do this, we will not be successful

MoSCoW : C = COULD have Desirable or wanted, but less important
