2. Submission Process
1) read and follow “Instructions For Authors” provided by the journal
2) provide everything requested by the journal at the time of submission

3. Submission Process a) manuscript submission fee (processing fee)
b) number of copies of paper and figures/tables requested
c) Mandatory Submission Form (AJP) / Authorship Responsibility Financial Disclosure and Copy Right Transfer Form (JPET)
d) Conflict of Interest Form

4. Submission Process
3) follow instructions and guidelines and meet all requirements demanded by the journal for organization of the manuscript, citations of references, presentation and form of illustrations and tables, mathematical equations and modeling
a) observe word and/or page limitations for title, abstract, sections of the paper and references imposed by the journal
b) utilize accepted and standard abbreviations or include in the manuscript a list of new or special abbreviations with spelled out form or definitions

5. Submission Process 4) resolve authorship issues prior to submission
a) mandatory submission form/ authorship responsibility form is a legal contract
b) each author signing the document assumes responsibility for the originality and integrity of the information contained in the paper

6. Submission Process
5) resolve pre-publication of data issues prior to submission of the paper
a) pre-publication of data in the form of figures and tables in abstracts longer than 400 words, proceedings volumes, widely circulated internal reports, book chapters and electronic media is considered duplicate publication

7. Submission Process 6) carefully edit the paper a) for accuracy
b) for spelling and grammatical construction
c) that all figures and tables referred to in the paper are submitted and correctly and clearly labeled
d) ask other colleagues to read your paper prior to submission
