Place your homework (apostrophe worksheet) in the blue bin in the front of the classroom. If you did not finish, you may turn it in for late credit tomorrow. You may not finish now.
Finish your worksheet on phrases, dependent clauses, and independent clauses. Remember that I changed the directions. Your answers should be selected from the following choices:
P – Phrase (subject or verb, not both)
DC – Dependent Clause (subject and verb but incomplete thought)
IC – Independent Clause (subject, verb, and complete thought
Assignment: Get a copy of the coordinating conjunctions notes and worksheet from Mrs. Hearnsberger or the website. Study the notes (especially the punctuation rules) and complete the worksheet. Turn the worksheet in to Mrs. Hearnsberger.
