Each state submits one or more projects Mentoring and Education Assign mentors within one month of appointment Task Force Engagement All states participate in one or more task forces

Improving the Usability of Research Reports Actionable steps for ODOT to improve Arizona, Mississippi, Montana, Utah, NCHRP and CTC TPF-5(301) Peer Exchange Support First use of this new process Estimate was $22,000 and transferred funds to Oregon Very effective for planning site, travel, meals, communication, facilitation Boss, FHWA, staff and I were all very pleased Consider this tool to maximize value of requirement
