3. Draw 3 line graphs [1]
You are asked the following in question 5, Worksheet D:
draw 3 line graphs
showing how long it takes for salt to dissolve
at different temperatures
You can begin by:
drawing the x-axis
on the x-axis you show the passage of time in one minute intervals
give the x-axis a title
Remind learners about the rhyme:  x to the left and y to the sky.

4. Draw 3 line graphs [2] After you have drawn the x-axis:
you need to draw the y-axis
on the y-axis you show what has happened to the salt that you are trying to dissolve
give the y-axis a title

After you have drawn the x-axis and y-axis, you need to draw lines to show the your data (information):
draw a line showing the time it took for salt dissolve in cold water
it will be easier to do this on graph paper so that you can use the lines to guide you to plot your line

After you have drawn the line to show how long the salt took to dissolve in cold water:
draw a line to show how long the salt took to dissolve at room temperature
this line must look different from the cold water line
you want to help people tell the difference between the two sets of data (information)

After you have drawn the line to show how long the salt took to dissolve at room temperature:
draw a line to show how long the salt took to dissolve in hot water
Remember that this line must look different from the lines showing how fast the salt dissolved in cold water and at room temperature
