Title I district reservations
Reservations for district-level activities (prior to school-level allocations) Equitable services for private schools: amount pulled from private school worksheet, total of column F Family engagement: districts with allocations greater than $500,000 must reserve at least 1% for family engagement activities Neglected or Delinquent: allocation amount is indicated on district’s allocation notification, if applicable Administration: cost of implementing program, including services to non-public students Preschool: for supplemental assistance to targeted students Homeless services: for additional support to meet needs of homeless students attending any school in the district (Title I served or not) Foster care transportation: costs to transport to school of origin Indirect costs: maximum is defined by agreement with the State MTRS: optional reservation of MTRS contribution at district level District Reservation worksheet must be completed before school allocations can be entered into School Funding worksheet.

Districts must rank all schools by poverty In general, rankings may be district-wide or by grade-span Only after the district has served all of its schools with a poverty rate above 75 percent may the district serve lower-ranked schools 1b and 1c: indicate if applicable 3b: indicate schools served in FY19 – TA, SW, NT, CL

Funds flexed into Title I are included in school allocations Enter school allocations Allocating funds to Title I schools: All school allocations, except for the last served, must meet minimum per-pupil amounts as figured on District Reservation worksheet Higher poverty schools must receive the same or greater amount per-pupil than lower poverty schools, barring allowable exceptions (i.e., districts containing one school per grade span or districts with a total enrollment of less than 1,000 students).
