2. 2014 LTIP Grant Summary The 2014 LTIP consists of three grants.
Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Performance Stock Units (PSUs).
Time Based Deferred Cash (Def Csh).
All three grants require online acceptance and you must read and accept the 2014 LTIP RSU Agreement; the 2014 LTIP PSU Agreement and the 2014 LTIP Deferred Cash Agreement.
Grant Date - December 16th 2014.

Step 1: Click on to the Portfolio Page
Step 2: Click on to Restricted Share Plans

4. How to Accept the 2014 LTIP RSU Grant
Step 3: Click on to LTIP-RSU to see more details in regards to the 2014 LTIP RSU Grant.

5. How to Accept the 2014 LTIP RSU Grant
Step 4: Click on Details to see the vesting profile of the 16-Dec-2014 LTIP RSU Grant
Step 5: Once you have reviewed the vesting profile, you must click on Holding Information to continue the acceptance process.

6. How to Accept the 2014 LTIP RSU Grant
Step 6: Click on Accept/Revoke to accept the 2014 LTIP RSU Grant and to review the plan documentation.

7. How to Accept the 2014 LTIP RSU Grant
Step 7: Click on the link Plan Documentation to select the appropriate Grant Agreement that applies to you i.e. this is shown on slide LTIP Grant Summary.

8. How to Accept the 2014 LTIP RSU Grant
Step 8: Please select the appropriate Grant Agreement that is relevant to you based on your country location and LTI Grant Summary(see slide 1).

9. How to Accept the 2014 LTIP RSU Grant
Step 9: Select Accept after reading the Plan Documentation.
Step 10: Enter your PIN and click on Submit. You will receive a confirmation of your acceptance.

10. How to Accept the 2014 LTIP PSU Grant
Step 11: Return to the Portfolio Page to continue accepting the 2014 LTIP PSU Grant.
Step 12: Click on to Performance Share Plans and follow steps as outlined previously.

11. How to Accept the 2014 LTIP Deferred Cash Grant
Step 13: Return to the Portfolio Page to continue accepting the 2014 LTIP Deferred Cash – Time Grant.
Step 14: Click on to Deferred Cash – Time and follow steps as outlined previously.
