1 IUS CAMPUS MINISTRY SURVEY

2 RESULT OF THE SURVEY ON CAMPUS MINISTRY IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN INDIA OCT 2015
PROCESS: In order that, we may be able to create an ideal Salesian Campus, a questionnaire on existing Campus Ministry was sent by mail to all the DBHEI institutions in India. The responses were collected by mail. The questionnaire contains four parts. Part one: deals with institution, under which institutional data is collected. Part two: Contains Academic Community under which Students, Faculty, Staff and Service Personnel, Directors, Heads of the Departments and Salesians are dealt with. Part three: Speaks of Campus Ministry under which, Campus Ministry model and Pastoral Plan is collected. There are 11 questions under this section. Under second half of part three, there are seven questions. Part four: Speaks of Organizational Structures. There are seven questions under this section. The last section of this part four, has the data of the responsible person for Pastoral animation.

3 RESULT OF THE SURVEY ON CAMPUS MINISTRY IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN INDIA OCT 2015
Out of the 40 institutions, only 15 institutions responded. Of those who responded, in all 1. There are 10,232 men students and 7871 women students. 2. There are 597 men faculty and 377 women faculty. 3. of the Directors and HoD’s 111 men and 40 women 4. of the Salesians 22 are full timers and 55 part timers.
