3. Scheduling CBI: Outing Requests
Pre-K and Elementary- 1 trip per semester
Middle School - 2 trips per semester
Outing Requests
Submitted by the teacher a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the outing
Includes: Date, location, departure time, arrival time, number of students, number of supervisors, and lesson plan
Approved by Director of Special Education and moved to processing for transportation
