Purpose: Assemble research on an under- explored topic that is critical to discussions of equity and student success Understand research in the context of campus-based practices With an emphasis on sustainability and transferability in order to effect campus change at campus and national levels What are we struggling to find? Objectives: Define well-being and its assessment Develop a deeper, campus-based understanding of the connection between well-being and underserved student success Examine programmatic best practices in order to translate what works across campus contexts Balancing local campus questions and national learning
