RNA Polymerase: unzips DNA double helix (transcription)
Promoter: point where transcription begins
polypeptide: protein
codon: sequence of 3 nucleotides that specifies info for making an amino acid
Anti-codon: sequence of 3 nucleotides in tRNA; bind to complementary codons in mRNA
Stop-codon: sequence of 3 nucleotides in mRNA (stops translation)
uracil: replaces thymine (T) in RNA
