Receiver operating characteristic curve for the coefficient of variation (CoV) of 4 time periods of the day (area under the curve 0.74; 95% confidence interval 0.65–0.84, P = .0001). CoV value of 31% had 66% sensitivity and 81% specificity to predict cardiomyopathy.
