41 requests per hour 185 tickets sent to members per hour We averaged 1125 requests per day in 2nd Qtr. 47 request per hour 212 tickets sent to members per hour 5063 tickets must be flagged & painted in 2 days!

Kentucky 811 2016 Law Highlights 3 Main Areas to Enforce (Trying to keep it simple) Anyone digging in Kentucky MUST notify all utilities in the area 2 WORKING DAYS prior to starting. All notified utility operators MUST respond within 2 WORKING DAYS. Excavators MUST use non-intrusive digging methods within the protected zone: 18” on each side of the facility.
