The szID shows the students lunch number so this makes it easier to look up. Payment date is 04/08/13 so this payment will post on 04/09/13. I will go to Café for the school and under Reports, Create Reports, Daily, Date will be 04/09/13, under Reports, select Payments. This will show all payments posted on this day. I highlight the credit card payments and copy and paste the into my Online payments spreadsheet that I send to the treasurers monthly. Explain that I print these off and balance once I put on spreadsheet.
