Counterargument and Rebuttal
Some may argue cancelling scheduled days off during spring break is unfair to those who planned to travel during that time. However, this only affects a few families, and parents would still be able to pull their child out of school if they already have plans.

The Writer’s Argument For most students, this week would not interfere with any vacation plans. In fact, many parents have to use vacation days at work to stay home with children during cancellations.
